Keberuntungan berpihak pada pasangan
nomor urut 02, Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Salahudin Uno. Ribuan alumni
perguruan tinggi se-Indonesia dalam deklarasi dukungan menyatakan siap
memenangkan pasangan tersebut pada pilpres kali ini.
Deklarasi dukungan ini diadakan di gedung Padepokan Pencak Silat TMII, Jakarta Timur.
Ada
lima poin deklarasi yang disampaikan ribuan alumni tersebut, di
antaranya: mendesak upaya perbaikan bangsa Indonesia; meningkatkan
kualitas SDA; mendorong lahirnya kepemimpinan kuat; mendorong terjadinya
perubahan kepemimpinan dan; mendukung sepenuhnya Prabowo-Sandiaga untuk
menjadi presiden dan wakil presiden 20190-2024.

Prabowo rupanya hadir di acara deklarasi dukungan tersebut. Dia bersyukur karena hari demi hari banyak pihak yang mendukungnya.
“Pak
Amien dukung, PKS dukung, Demokrat, Berkarya dukung, alumni 212, ini
saya kira awal suatu gerakan yang sangat besar,” kata Prabowo, seperti
yang dilansir di republika.co.id (26/01/19).
Prabowo
ternyata sedang tidak enak badan. Namun, dia bersyukur karena memiliki
wakil Sandiaga yang masih berusia muda. Sandiaga, kata dia, bisa
menggantikan posisinya sewaktu-waktu jika ada suatu halangan, seperti
sakit (atau tidak enak badan).
“Untung
saya dapat wakil yang muda, kalau presidennya yang agak kurang enak
badan, wakilnya yang keliling,” tegasnya, seperti yang dilansir di
republika.co.id (26/01/19).
